KOPUTAROA HALL

Koputaroa Hall is a valued and much used community asset, located adjacent to Koputaroa School. Koputaroa Hall can claim to be the most used community hall in the Horowhenua District.

Originally the Hall was situated further up the road around the corner. The decision was made to locate the hall next to the school to create more of a community and to allow the school (especially the children) safer access to the hall. The hall was moved to it’s present site in 1997.

The school enjoys a very successful relationship with the hall and appreciate the use of this facility. The school often use the hall for large gatherings, productions and sport.

The hall has a very active Hall Committee, who overlook the smooth running of the Hall.

Should you wish to use the hall for a function, you can contact the Hall Committee bookings person
